Respect, free choice, confidentiality and no judgement. Everyone shares only what he wants to share. What's said in the circle stays in the circle.
What people talk about
Common topics include masculinity, relationships, friendship, work and family, changes in life and personal values. Nobody has to talk about anything personal.
Who a men's circle is for
For men who'd like an honest exchange with others. No prior experience is needed. A men's circle is not therapy.
