The website is provided via the Lovable platform (Lovable Labs Incorporated). Service providers such as Cloudflare are used for delivery and infrastructure. When you open pages, technically necessary data is processed, such as IP address, date and time, page visited, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the website securely and reliably.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA. To our knowledge, this is safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU standard contractual clauses.

When you write to us via the contact form, we process your name, email address, area of interest, message and chosen language. The enquiry is not stored in a database on the website but forwarded to us directly by email.

We use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) for delivery. Transmission runs technically through an interface of the Lovable platform. The enquiry is received in an email inbox at Google (Gmail). Data may be transferred to the USA.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the checkbox in the form, and the handling of your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with and no retention obligations apply. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email.

This website does not use any analytics, tracking or marketing services. Only one technically necessary cookie is stored, which remembers your chosen language (German or English) for one year (§ 25(2) TDDDG). That's why there is no cookie banner.

Fonts are loaded directly from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts is made. Images are delivered via the infrastructure of the Lovable platform.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just send us an email.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
